Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. If you have questions about shipping to other destinations, please contact us at winnieandroan@gmail.com.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Canada

  • Free standard shipping on all orders

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days

United States

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD

  • Flat rate $15 USD shipping on orders under $100 USD

  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States under $800 USD are generally not subject to import duties or taxes. In most cases, no additional fees will be required upon delivery.

Orders over $800 USD or those selected for customs inspection may be subject to duties or taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
